2.1 For Registered Users

If you have a registered account with Xignil:

Log in to your account
Navigate to Account Settings
Select "Privacy & Data"
Click on "Delete My Data and Account"
Follow the confirmation steps to verify your identity

2.2 For Non-Registered Users or If Unable to Access Your Account

Complete the data deletion request form below, and our privacy team will process your request:

3. Data Deletion Process

Once we receive your request, we will:

Verify your identity to ensure the security of your account
Process your data deletion request within 30 days
Send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Please note that:

Some information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes
Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained
Content you've shared with other users may remain visible to them
Copies of your data may persist in backups for a limited period (typically up to 90 days) until those backups are cycled

4. Exceptions to Data Deletion

While we aim to honor all valid deletion requests, there are certain situations where we may be required to retain some information:

To comply with legal obligations, such as tax, financial, or regulatory requirements
